ROUNDING OFF OF π=3.14 TO 3

We all know that pie is ratio of Perimeter of a circle to its diameter. While calculating this ratio, we actually get 3.14132......, but often it's taken as 22/7. The reason behind this is that if we take a circle of radius 3.5units, then its perimeter would be 22units.
Now, the main point is that why can't we round off 3.14(say) to 3. Let's find out👇👇
Multiplying, 3.14×100=314
                      3×100=300
 One can easily see here the difference in answer.
